1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pk365 app platform — whether through the website at pk365app.pro, the Android APK, or the iOS app — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and pk365 app regarding your use of the platform. They apply to all users including visitors, registered members, bonus recipients and any other person who accesses the platform in any capacity.

pk365 app reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

2. Eligibility

Access to pk365 app is strictly limited to adults who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are using the platform on your own behalf as an individual, not as an agent for any other person or entity.

pk365 app is designed for and directed at players in Pakistan. You are responsible for understanding the rules and regulations that apply to online gaming in your specific location within Pakistan and ensuring your use of the platform complies with any applicable local rules.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a real individual acting on your own behalf — corporate or entity accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be an existing account holder who has previously been suspended or permanently excluded from pk365 app.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor or affiliate of pk365 app or any of its associated companies.
• You must not be under any self-exclusion or cooling-off period at the time of registration.

pk365 app reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately and any funds held in the account will be dealt with in accordance with applicable policies.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on pk365 app. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created using different email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods belonging to the same individual — are strictly prohibited. If a player is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You must update your account details promptly if any of your information changes. pk365 app is not responsible for problems caused by inaccurate account information provided by the player.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately. pk365 app will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account.

Accounts that show no activity — no login, deposit or gameplay — for a continuous period of twelve months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account policies, including any applicable inactivity fees, will be communicated to the registered email address before any charges are applied.

4. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on pk365 app are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits can be made using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit cards and other supported mobile wallets. The full list of currently supported payment methods is available on the Deposit page.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts and instruments that belong to you personally. Deposits from third-party payment sources — including accounts belonging to other individuals — are not permitted under any circumstances. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds may be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• pk365 app does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used.
• If a deposit is not credited within the expected time, contact support with your transaction reference number for assistance.

pk365 app uses secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store full card details on our servers. All payment data is handled in accordance with applicable security standards.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure to ensure funds return to their verified source.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, pk365 app may require you to complete identity verification. This typically involves confirming your name, date of birth and the payment account you are withdrawing to. Providing accurate information during registration makes this process straightforward and fast.

• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 hours on business days.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are shown at the time of your request.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.
• pk365 app reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts registered in the same name as the pk365 app account.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pk365 app offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback and seasonal promotions tied to events like the Pakistan Super League (PSL) and T20 internationals. Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions that are published on the individual promotion page.

General bonus rules that apply across all pk365 app promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold or exchanged.
• Each bonus is available once per eligible player, household, device or IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Unused bonuses or those with incomplete wagering will be removed from accounts after the expiry date without notice.
• pk365 app reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a promotion, pk365 app's interpretation of the relevant terms shall be final.

Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through matched betting, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or other strategies designed to exploit bonuses rather than play in good faith — may have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.

7. Gaming Rules

All games available on pk365 app — including casino slots, live casino tables, sports betting and other game formats — are governed by individual game rules which are accessible within each game or betting market. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you agree to the applicable game rules.

For sports betting, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals and football markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, settlement rules specific to that market apply and are displayed alongside the market.
• pk365 app reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an error in odds is identified prior to settlement.

For live casino and slot games, all outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer results, which are final. Technical malfunctions that affect game integrity will result in the relevant round being voided and stakes returned.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk365 app. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or attempting to use the platform to process funds obtained through illegal means.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, errors or vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain. Any such issues must be reported to support immediately.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software or any artificial means to interact with the platform in a way that is not through normal manual user activity.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to manipulate or influence the outcome of any game, bet or sporting event available on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or pk365 app staff through any communication channel.

9. Privacy & Data

pk365 app collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pk365app.pro/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

The personal data we collect — including your name, date of birth, contact details and payment information — is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud and comply with applicable record-keeping requirements. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

pk365 app uses industry-standard SSL encryption across all pages and transactions. Payment data is processed through secure, compliant payment gateways. Your account password is stored in hashed form and is never accessible to staff in plain text.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Account Suspension & Closure

Situations that may lead to account action include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, chargebacks initiated through your payment provider, or abusive behaviour toward staff or other users.

If your account is suspended for investigation, we will aim to communicate the reason and expected timeline wherever possible. During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, deposit, play or withdraw. Genuine funds held in a suspended account will be returned to you after the investigation is complete, provided no fraud or terms violations are confirmed.

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within two business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

12. Changes to These Terms

pk365 app may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The updated terms will show a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

If you continue to use pk365 app after updated terms have been published, this constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and return of any real-money balance.
